316ICT is a news aggregator for the city of Wichita, within its first 4 days, collecting over 450 articles from around the city & continuing to grow every hour. I plan on expanding this as new news sources are found within the city, both those of public & private organizations to help foster communication between businesses & residents within the community beyond information provided from local news sources. Four by One
Four by One is an ultra thin font I built based on a 1pt stroke width when a capital letter is 4″ tall. The typeface becomes pixel thin when used on screen. Great for type on top of photos or graphics with minimal intrusion. Possibly a title font if used large enough. Not recommended for bodies of text.
Knork Silverware
Following the fun I had with Knork designing their silverware tray, I was again contacted to create packaging design, this time for their silverware line. Needing to discern between gloss, duo, & matte finish, the designs for their 18/10 nickel silverware are similar using a hand illustrated outline of the silverware contained therein. The color variations represent each of the finishes offered by Knork. — Silverware
Knork Wrap
After designing the silverware tray for Knork, they asked me to finish my product by designing a wrap to highlight the item’s use and other information about Knork. Using a front to back trip, the item sets itself apart on shelves through it’s minimal design and vertical strip packaging. — Tray
Knork Tray
Knork contacted me to create some mock-ups of a possible silverware tray using Photoshop. After questioning their motives, it was established that they could get me a 3D model of each of their pieces of silverware so I could create renderings for them to use during their proposal. Luckily, Knork and their perspective retailers were ecstatic. Now that a design had been established, I worked alongside Knork with RapidPSI to refine the design before production. RapidPSI
A company that has gone through many transitions as technologies have quickly changed, RapidPSI continues to redefine manufacturing. Their old website was dated by size and an old color scheme leftover from the original company founded in the early 1990s. Deciding to expand, embracing their desire for the most modern manufacturing techniques, a tagline of “Redefine Manufacturing™” was coined and their signature red cog was simplified and turned blue. The blue a retention from the original red and blue logo, though it was given a lighter, more corporate hue. — Site
BottleDrain
BottleDrain™ is a house goods product that is used to easily transfer liquids from larger containers to smaller ones, and is also capable of doing the opposite. With a 2 piece design it covers small to large openings. I rendered these color variations and designed the card art depicting the fluid transferring a blue liquid through the item from one container to another to relate the use of the product to the customer.
Turtle Tower
Turtle Tower is a San Francisco based pho restaurant that needed a new site to reflect their new locations and highlight their diverse menu. Using a few new photos and the information from the old site, I simplified the information & navigation after reviewing the Google Analytics to give site visitors the information they were navigating for in fewer clicks. The logo was updated as well using a more realistic illustration of the Turtle tower in Hanoi as reference. — Site
Meow
Meow™ is a multi-piece cat treat and catnip storage system toy for cats. Modeled to include space for kibble or other accessories, this small tubular design can be used together or taken apart as two toys. Each side is capable of holding treats, food, or a catnip disc designed specifically for the screw lid container area located at the bottom of each half, bringing the weight of the object to the center when assembled.
Evy
Evy is a multi-brand clothing company based out of California that was moving to newer updated facilities downtown now that their facilities had been filled with stock & production. They had ordered a new logo before contacting us to create a site that would allow them to manage their brands, licenses, affiliates, & social networks. The CMS allows for user control as well as management of all visual & text content within the site. — Site
Nookooz
Nookooz is a new style of beverage insulation device. I was requested to build a logo highlighting it’s changing shape and fun nature. I created these letters based on a fat stroke 1/3rd the height of the letters so that the are seen as significant as the product is intended to keep beverages upright as well as cold.
Invence
Invence is a logo I created for a portable wireless electronic fence system that you can plug into an outlet. I created these letters based on Gotham Rounded Light making several varying weights to signify the strength of wireless signal over distance. The V is replaced by a stylized wi-fi icon to inform potential customers that the product is wireless.
Infinitech
Infinitech, another company benefiting from the rapid growth of TR Manufacturing, hired me to clean up their image. The logo uses a technique to create an endless loop in an optical illusion. This represents their integration in the growing partnership as well as frames the capital I that is the defining first letter of Infinitech.
TR Integration
TR Manufacturing grew so large it had to split into seperate divisions. To play homage to the original company and founding logo, I incorporated the T in a capital format, and the r in lowercase format giving the illusion of the capital R that is now no longer part of the company. For distinction, the stark bold lines, stroke, & color choice are in contrast to the thin lines & brighter colors of the parent company.
JPCi
JPC Integration is an electronics retailer that is a partner of TR Manufacturing. After growth from their affiliation with larger dealers, they decided to upgrade their image. The logo featured here is a final variation based on input from the client. This image now adorns, paperwork, both internal & external, business cards, envelopes & shipping materials, including but not limited to labels & boxes.
Calypso
Calypso is a logo I developed for a company specializing in life experiences. From sky diving to dancing, musical performances to other sporting events, Calypso strives to provide a sense of security & experience and you venture into endeavors you might not otherwise attempt. The logo was developed by request as lowercase text only, though I was given some artistic freedom.
ViCera
ViCera is an independent ceramic based in California, overseeing production of their line of knives in Japan. With roots in Japan, the company’s foremost concern is quality & performance. We wanted to simplify that message by streamlining the information they had shared with us through the use of charts, background information about the knives themselves, and photos showcasing them in use on a cutting board to aid purchase selection. — Site

Pachamama’s is a restaurant that depends on locally sourced foods for their menu. Because of this relationship with the seasons and the farmers, they needed a site that could update as fast as they did. After creating a complete CMS allowing them to set prices, menus, & events; a site was designed to encapsulate the new color scheme that I had created for them based on the fresh organic foods they served. — Site — Mobile

Ordinary Material Modern Design is a more artistic and expressive division of Desert Steel designed for the home. I began this with them by providing the interconnected free flowing logo. They cut this out of a single piece of metal and use it as a display at shows & events highlighting their expertise with metal. I also provided them with a holding page showcasing their initial endeavor, their custom frame & finish mirrors, which I also created printed collateral for.
Artistik Promotions
Artistik Promotions is an apparel customization retailer. Seeking something that reflected the nature of theirwork, the logo was created to display threads as if it had been sewn into the paper, just as he would produce on a textile. I completed this for them by providing a business card, letterhead, and envelopes to communicate their new look with as they continued communicating with their current customers.
